The Paycheck Tailgate
Courage Safety Systems, LLC. announces the release of a new safety
training resource. The Paycheck Tailgate was designed to ensure
that each employee (including construction and field workers, customer
service, marketing and sales, warranty office and design center
staff) receives safety training on a regular basis. It is for this
reason that Courage Safety Systems has developed a paycheck-sized
safety training handout on a new subject, to be distributed bimonthly
(either paper clipped to the paycheck envelope or accompany the
paycheck inside the envelope).
Recently, it has become evident through new OSHA citations and regulations,
that every employee in the construction industry, whether on the
jobsite or in the office, needs to receive safety training and information
on OSHA standards on a regular basis. It is through the Paycheck
Tailgate that Human Resources may be assured an efficient and consistent
means of delivering safety training to every employee.
